About Me

After attending San Francisco elementary school and high school, I completed my BS in Psychology and BA in Philosophy at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and my MSW at University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.

I have previously worked at a children’s community mental health agency providing in-home therapeutic support to children and caregiving support to their families and running a crisis stabilization program. In this program, I focused on and received advanced training on how to support recovery from trauma and other life transitions, managing caregiving, parenting values exploration, attachment, and adoption.

Once in outpatient setting and with transition to primarily telehealth focus shifted to supporting adults navigating individual life challenges, relationships, communication, couples counseling, divorce, and co-parenting.

I utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques in a collaborative process when working with individuals, couples, children, and families to achieve their goals for well-being. I enjoy incorporating solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy in addition to advanced therapies below.
